So I’ve been using it for a few hours now. Hotspot works. WiFi mode doesn’t. It’s failing to even upgrade the firmware. Won’t allow the settings page to load on the wifi mode even though it’s detected. Other than that its got great quality when on the direct mode from my iPhone 15 to the screen.

Firstly, I see some are complaining it isn’t as high quality as they’d like but you need to understand that it’s 70 bucks. Theres a reason why the higher ends ones are priced much higher.

Now, in terms of features it’s limited but really all you need is to see yourself with the back camera. I took off 1 star because the instructions are for the iPhone version and not Android but that’s okay, really, as it isn’t that much more work to get it working.

I used the mobile hotspot option and casted my phone. I’m using a OnePlus 10 Pro which has a screencasting and mirror option. I’m not sure about other phones or base Androids so you may need an app to do the same thing.

Otherwise I would recommend it if you just need a simple camera monitor for your phone that you can take selfies with using the back camera and making sure that you can see yourself.

It’s annoying and the opposite of what the description advertises. The monitor itself does show clearly and would be amazing if it wasnt inverted using your back camera. But I’ll be returning unfortunately
