I bought this printer recently for my small business. The setup process was quick and easy, Very few steps and it comes with a video to make the process easier. The label holder was a nice bonus, so I didn’t have to buy that separately and a few test label were also included in the package. I was also very very pleased with their support team. Because I had a few labels created prior to setting up the printer, they were printer too large but their support team member was great in helping me resolve the issue. The printer now works great. Prints quickly. I would definitely recommend the printer.

Francis helped me over the phone setting it up and now it works perfectly. The only reason why i gave 3 stars to “Easy to use” is because I needed to make some changes in my computer’s device settings, that to me it hasn’t been very common with other devices, but they were sure to help over the phone and now everything works perfectly. Recommended! And if you have any issues, shoot them a Whatsapp message to the contact information they conveniently print on the device itself.

I bought this Jadens printer after returning a very similar printer. I needed a thermal label printer that would print via bluetooth with my Windows laptop. The 1st printer I bought that was a different brand with “excellent” reviews and looks exactly like this Jadens printer and was advertised as a bluetooth printer that works with Windows. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I spent hours trying to get it to work but finally gave up and returned it. I decided to try this Jadens printer after reading the reviews and watching several customer videos. It works great right out of the box. Just plugged in the U – disk and installed the printer drivers on my laptop, pushed the test print button and it worked! I was so happy! The whole process took about 5 minutes as opposed to the hours I spent with the other brand printer. The U-disk has instructions and drivers for Windows and Mac. I can’t recommend this printer highly enough. If you are looking for an easy to set up and use thermal label printer for your Windows computer that works with bluetooth, this is it!

Needed something simple for my Shopify store

I have a Dymo 4XL Label Printer and absolutely love it. 10 years and its still going strong. BUT… more and more I’m finding I need to print customer labels on the go. So I set out on a mission to find a printer that worked wirelessly and came across this gem.

My initial impressions:
1 – fast shipping. I ordered and received this and labels in the same day. Perfect.
2 – easy. the instructions are clear and I was up and printing labels in less than 10 minutes
3 – print quality. My Dymo produces crisp and clear labels. It also cost me over $400. For $100 this does pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 10 for print quality, I’d give it a 6 or 7. It’s not crisp, but it gets the job done. I print UPS and USPS labels directly from my Shopify store and both print well. I have not had to deal with the other feature where you import a file and crop it and print it. Reading the other reviews, that feature does not seem to work well. Hopefully that won’t be a bridge I have to cross.

How it Works:
It’s not true wireless or bluetooth printing. You have to download an app (albeit a very basic one). When you go into Shopify and tell it you want to print a label, it opens open the “file sharing” dialog (I have an iPhone). It then gives you options to send the file to the printer app, or airdrop, send to email, etc. You pick the printer app which then opens that app. From there you have to choose 4 x 6 labels, and then review the printer settings. Then you click print and it goes.

Ideally, I’d like to be able to choose the printer from within the shopify app like a normal person, but the extra steps go quick. To make it go a few seconds faster, I adjusted the settings on my phone to show the printer app among my top 4 choices for printing so I don’t have to keep hunting and scrolling for it.

So far so good. My other choice was a Brother QL1110. It’s out of stock just about everywhere and those that do have it in stock are charging twice the normal listed price ($400) ugh. I’ll update my review if this little guy fails me, but fingers crossed, I won’t have to.

***2nd UPDATE*** I exchanged for the same product. So far the replacement is great and I’m not having the issues I did with the first one. It’s so easy to set up. I only use my phone to print so idk anything about use with a computer. 4 stars because I had to exchange***

** UPDATE** This quit working in 3 weeks! I have to disconnect/reconnect to my Bluetooth 5-10x with every label. It would have been perfect if it worked! I may exchange for the same brand and give them one more chance, because this is so easy to use.

*original review* I was able to hook this up to my phone via Bluetooth in minutes. It took me a couple tries to figure out that you may have to crop labels to print as a normal 4×6. It sort of prompts you to do this, but there’s no detailed directions.

The included directions aren’t super helpful, but it’s fairly intuitive. Perfect for my needs. It does come with 20 labels and you basically shove them into the printer and it sets itself up at the perforations before printing. Very nice product.

This printer was so easy breezy. No issues whatsoever. It was seriously up and running within 5 minutes of me taking it out of the box.

I had purchased another similar brand prior to this one who’s product was horrible – bad instruction (in Chinese), instructions were all over the place and also incorrect, a weird app. Just all bad.

So, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one, but much to my surprise, it far exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond pleased and satisfied with this little printer.

I finally decided to buy a proper label printer for my business and this one has not let me down it was very easy to setup and to install the drivers, print quality is excellent i was able to connect it to my MacBook via usb and Bluetooth on windows and i wasn’t able to do that with my previous printer so that is very convenient.
I did however have one problem where the printer had disconnected from Bluetooth on windows and it wouldn’t reconnect luckily their customer support is really good and was able to get it working again very quickly.
