I love the compact size of this cute little printer! The setup was very straightforward with simple instructions and support resources. The package came with some labels and a USB-C to USB-A dongle connector. I do wish it was direct USB-C connectivity so there would be no dongle needed, but the fact that they considered including the adapter is much appreciated.

I myself did not try the desktop version of the software, and instead I used there mobile version of the app to print form my iPad. The app navigation is very barebones and simplified, but its simplicity makes the setup process quick and easy. The app even has a link for tutorial videos and live support to help.

There are the options of opening up existing documents or images, or creating within a template. When creating with a template, there are no filters to better organize the different label types, so you’ll have to search up the type of label or scroll through the endless options. I wish that was more convenient, but once you’re in the template designer, you can add your own text, images, shapes, and even create barcodes or QR codes. The latter two seem super useful to truly customize the labels printed.

The printer’s speed is nice and quick, and the results are clear. I tested the printer with digital sketches of my friend’s art to test the DPI, and I will say it’s not 300DPI. Though it’s still crisp enough to get some fine details and smaller text. However, unlike some other thermal printers, this printer is not able to print in grayscale. To print shipping labels and text, this isn’t necessary at all, but just in my niche testing example, I wanted to see if it was possible. The alignment for the most part seems to be straight, but it does slightly slant. It was able to print the entire image without cutting anything off.

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this printer! For creating shipping labels and other text labels, it’s really easy to use. I’m looking forward to using this more!

It prints SO FAST! I am an e-commerce business owner and have used my fair share of thermal printers so that I can print our order invoices and shipping labels. This printer is SO easy to troubleshoot as it opens up to make it easy to fix any jams and to check that the paper is loaded in properly (unlike Dymo, which I absolutely LOATHE.) This printer has a sleek, simple design that makes it easy to fit at our desk and is also an AMAZING price compared to its competitors!

Bluetooth connectivity was very easy but there is also a USB wire to make it even easier if you don’t want to bother.

The app is pretty easy to use and makes “DIY stickers” really easy to make if that is something you were thinking of using it for! (Of course because it’s thermal it can’t print in colors so I recommend editing your images to have sharper lines and higher contrast for the best image quality!) It’s great that the app also has different printing settings that you can play around with.

I also own one of their smaller (handheld) printers and love it! Save ink and save money. Thermal printers are amazing.

There was a bit of a learning curve trying to print but definitely check out the YouTube videos because the instructions were a bit confusing. I test printed using the app only but I’m sure the desktop wouldn’t be much more difficult to use. I’ve only tried using the sample labels provided in the box but will have to try using some other template sizes. Happy with the printer so far and especially loving the pink color.

I’m a college student and wasn’t sure I would have a use for it like I do there other printers. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the usefulness of the product. It’s main use is for shipping labels, but it can also print stickers and labels. I found that this was actually really helpful to have during the holiday season; for returning packages, wrapping presents with cute stickers, and sending gifts. The labels come out clear and well printed. The instructions could be a little more clear, but once it starts printing it’s very easy to use. The colors are also really pretty and it already comes with some labels. I think anyone could find a use for this because of its versatility, but I think it would be most useful to small business owners or those who ship lots of packages.
